Warranty & Delivery




All equipment sold by Kitchen Warehouse Online is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty period, along with any applicable terms and conditions.

Pre-owned equipment is provided with a 3-month parts warranty and a 1-month labour warranty, unless specified otherwise.


The warranty does not cover glass, lights, heat lamps, refrigeration gas, or any other consumables.


Please note that while manufacturers offer onsite service/repair, some repairs may require items to be sent back to our Kitchen Warehouse Online warehouse or the manufacturer’s facility. Contact us to confirm the specifics of your warranty.


Labour costs under warranty are covered only during our normal trading hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.





Customers are responsible for verifying the correctness and availability of items before ordering, as well as ensuring the product dimensions fit their intended location.

Customers must ensure suitable access conditions for delivery and installation. Additional charges may apply if conditions are inadequate.

All equipment must be paid in full before delivery and/or installation. A 25% re-stocking fee applies to any unwanted or incorrectly ordered products.

Deliveries are made to the kerbside (or dock) of the delivery address. The purchaser is responsible for providing labour and equipment to unload and position the goods onsite at their expense. The purchase price does not include unpacking, placement, connection to services, or removal of rubbish and packing crates.





Delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to transport delays beyond our control. Kitchen Warehouse Online is committed to working with our customers to find solutions when delays impact deliveries.





Insurance for goods in transit is not included in the purchase price. If required, the purchaser must contact us for a quote before delivery or arrange it directly with the carrier or their insurance agent.





Yes, we deliver Australia-wide. Our main suppliers have distribution centres in all major Australian capital cities and have strong partnerships with major transport companies to offer you the lowest possible costs.





Standard Delivery (Smallwares and Benchtop Equipment): This is the default choice for smaller online orders. Dispatched within 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri, 9 am – 5 pm), goods are delivered to a specified address and handed over to a receiver. A signature is required upon delivery. Goods cannot be left unattended unless an “Authority to Leave” notification is provided.

Standard Kerbside Delivery (Large Equipment): This option is for larger items. Goods are delivered to the front door or nearest entrance and left for the customer to unpack and move inside. This does not include packaging disposal or assistance with moving the items indoors. A signature is required upon delivery.

VIP Delivery Service (Sydney Metro and Surrounding Suburbs*): This service must be organized prior to delivery. The customer will work with us to provide details necessary for a smooth delivery. KW Online will ensure all equipment is placed in the correct location, packaging is removed, and connections are made (additional costs for gas and power connection by a qualified tradesman). Removal of old equipment is also available at an additional cost.
